Where is the boundary between prison and sanctuary?
When does the jail become shelter? When does the shelter become a prison?

What is the border between internal and external security?

Are we not another caged animal uearning to run free in the grasslands?
Are we not afraid of the animal, and thus we build walls?

The cell is the body, habitat of the mind and spirit, host in demons and angels.
Prisoners of the mind are set loose in the world as we speak.
The spirit is the body's sanctuary from the madness of the world.
We take flight and return with each breach to the shelter and the prison of the body.

There are seven steps on the path to enlightment and the transcendence of suffering.

The cell is the crossing point.
